Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for Competition Hub to function and cannot be switched off. They enable core features such as loading the correct Competition, Division, and Registration data as you navigate the site, and cannot be used to identify you personally beyond your active session.

Login & Session Cookies

When you sign in, we use a cookie to keep you authenticated as you move between pages such as your Profile, Team Dashboard, and the Judge Portal, so you don't have to sign in again on every page. These cookies expire automatically after a period of inactivity or when you sign out.

Analytics Cookies

We may use limited analytics cookies to understand overall usage patterns on Competition Hub, such as which pages are visited most often, so we can improve the platform. Where used, these cookies are configured to avoid collecting information that directly identifies you.

When you complete payment through Stripe, Stripe's own checkout page may set cookies needed to process your payment securely. These are controlled by Stripe under its own privacy and cookie practices, not by Competition Hub. We do not permit third-party advertising cookies on Competition Hub.
